RETURN POLICY

Reelscustom accepts product returns/refunds.

If you have an issue with your order, please reach out to our customer support team via email address Care@Reelcustom.com to start a request.

  • Term of exchange: 30 days from the date you receive the product or as soon as you discover the error when receiving the goods.

Below are the conditions under which a return will proceed:

  •  Conditions apply:

 - Applicable to all products due to defects from the manufacturer Reelscustom or if the product you received does not match the product you ordered in the order information (Reelscustom always ensures the product you receive is the most accurate from the color and other specifications at least 90% compared to photos are posted – due to force majeure due to the actual material and light, the actual product has a deviation of less than 10%.

  • Conditions do not apply:

- Not applicable to orders placed for 3rd parties (gifts) for reasons of not liking the color, thickness, or material … except for technical errors.

- Products returned for personal reasons unrelated to product performance or satisfaction.

- On rare occasions, past habitual abuse of our Returns Agreement.

Reels Custom Returns Procedure

  • Please contact us at care@reelscustom.com to let us know which products you wish to return and why, attaching a short video of your sign as well as photos. Please note that we require both a video and photo(s) for diagnostic and quality purposes. If you cannot provide both a video and photo(s) of the problem, then our ability to rectify your issue will be limited. Once we have received all of the required information, we will contact you to try to resolve the issue.
  • If a return has been agreed upon, please note that you must return the faulty product in its original condition with all its original packaging.
  • If a return has been agreed upon, the faulty item must be returned for inspection by Reels Custom within 30 days of when you received the product.
  • If a replacement has been agreed upon, ReelsCustom will endeavor to produce and ship the replacement product to you as soon as possible.
  • If a full or partial refund has been agreed upon, ReelsCustom will let you know when you can expect to receive the refund.
RememberBefore Return/Refund, contact us, and we will definitely direct you to the right person or company. Every effort will be made to resolve the complaint in a timely, fair, and reasonable manner. How do I start a return?

You can reach out to care@reelscustom.com or Whatsapp +84 905836456 with your order number (e.g. order #). We’ll then be in touch to facilitate the rest.

Do I need a receipt?

Proof of purchase is required to validate a return or exchange. Please include your order number (e.g. order #) or receipt in your email requesting a return. This way, we can issue a refund, store credit, or exchange that is equivalent to the original purchase price.

When will I get my refund?

Once your request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
